Service Agreement

Definition — Veruflow provides metered access to third-party AI video and image models. Billing unit: prepaid credits. The per-run price is rendered before execution; the rendered price is contractual, regardless of later rate changes.

Balance rules — credits constitute a prepaid balance: non-transferable, non-interest-bearing, not a currency. Expiry: none. Failure handling: runs that fail are refunded to the balance automatically, with no action required from the account holder.

Use constraints — prohibited: unlawful content; content infringing third-party rights; content violating upstream model providers' usage policies. Enforcement: account suspension.

Output — rights in generated media vest in the account holder to the extent upstream terms permit. Responsibility for downstream use vests likewise.

Service level — none guaranteed. The platform inherits third-party availability and is provided as is. Per-model pricing is variable.
