Failed runs — consumed credits are restored to the balance automatically. No request required.

Unused purchased credits — refundable to the original payment method. Window: 14 days from purchase. Procedure: email [email protected] from the account email, referencing the transaction.

Excluded — credits consumed by completed runs; bonus credits (issued free, no cash value).

Settlement — approved refunds return to the original payment method; typical timeline 5–10 business days, issuer-dependent.
